User is inform that the present terms and conditions can evoluate.
International Horizons update users in case of evolution of fees by mail. To accept any modificiation, the user must validate it by mail. If he doesn't, the user will not be longer considerate as a user.
For all others modifications, users must visit the website, and read the " terms and conditions ".
You accept to be followed, and give us back tesimonial based on volunteering.
Conditions of purchase
Article 1 : fees
Fees are in euros, all taxes included. All internships are charged and must be paid as soon as an agreement is signed.
Article 2 : PAIEMENT
All paiement are done by credit card. It cannot be refund, in any case.
Article 3 : Delivery
The internship agreement is send as soon as the paiement is done, and won't be done before.
Host family contact are given after the paiement.
Field are directly avalaible after the paiement.
CV are updated by the team.
Skype interview training provide by the team get a duration of 45 minutes.
Article 4 : SERVICE
Internship abroad research

- The company take an involvment on missions by firming the agreement
- We make the agreement sign when the student and the company agreed on conditions
International Horizons can't be responsible of :
- In case your are fired because you are late, or because your lied on your languages level
- User must send his agreement by mail before the next 15 day after his paiement : after this duration, International Horizons won't be able to make the final agreement signed by the company.
Host family : paiement must be done before we give the contact. Then, paiement are done before the month. Fees can be different folowwing the country, duration, city, and so on.
After the user buy the companies data : he is responsible of their used.
CV is done after we have an interview with the user.
On Skype, we make a 45 minutes duration interview with the user, after the paiement of the training.
Article 5 : INFORMATIONS
Our company processes all information concerning its customers with the strictest confidentiality. When ordering, only the essential information (surname, first name, address, e-mail) is required for efficient processing and careful monitoring of the order. These data entered online are stored on a secure server and are immediately encrypted.

Article 6 : LITIGATION - LAW APPLICABLE TO CUSTOMER RELATIONS
" Tirbunal de Commerce de Lorient " is the only tribunal that is responsible.
Article 7 : ACCEPTATION OF THE USER
By paying, the user accept terms and conditions.
ARTICLE 8 :RETRACTATION DELAY
Relation service (internship))
Each participant has, in accordance with the provisions of Article L121-21 of the Consumer Code, a period of fourteen clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or to pay penalties. However, the participant declares to waive the aforementioned period of acceptance of the International Horizons service to which the participant subscribes being then immediately implemented (application (s) processed, interview (s) organized, etc.)
Services are not refundable once the service has started - except in case of force majeure (death of the user or illness requiring bed rest)
Service host family
