Payment for our services is made when your host company signs our internship abroad agreement. No signature, no payment: you only pay when the company has agreed, in writing, with us, to take you on an internship abroad! If your university or school refuses the internship, all you have to do is tell us why, and we’ll reimburse you.

In over 5 years of existence and more than 2,000 students sent abroad, we have almost always succeeded in finding internships abroad for our prospects! It’s not 100% of the time: if it were, we’d take payment for the service upstream. When you pay, you’ve got your internship abroad.

Important question! All the countries we propose are considered safe. What’s more, we monitor the notes posted by the embassies and consulates of the countries we propose on a daily basis.

That goes without saying! In the event of a serious problem (which is extremely rare), you can contact us. You’ll get the number of the HI team member who took care of your file (reachable by Whatsapp).

HI’s guarantee is that we’ll be there for you if you need us. But also afterwards! Many of you keep in touch, and we give you tips for your CVs, work-study programs and even schools!

It’s a question that comes up all the time! It depends on your field of activity, the length of your internship, the type of organization you’re targeting and your destination country. In short, it varies a lot. The easiest way to find out is to contact us and we’ll give you an estimate.

It’s very simple: the obligation to compensate interns for 8 weeks or more of internship is only valid in France, Belgium and Luxembourg, but not elsewhere in Europe, Asia or Central or South America. So, depending on your profile and the length of your internship, we’ll be able to tell you whether or not we can find you a paid internship abroad.

Not necessarily! As long as you’re motivated and willing, English won’t be an obstacle, and we’ll be transparent with the companies we contact when looking for your internship.

As for the language of your destination country: don’t worry, we communicate exclusively in English, so you don’t need to speak Latvian to do an internship abroad in Latvia!

We expect students to be called back the same day we contact them to present the offer, otherwise the file will be deleted. We require companies to respond within 48 hours of the interview, and the same applies to students.

Once the International Horizons agreement has been signed by the company, payment is due within 24 hours. We await your written confirmation before signing the agreement. Now all you have to do is get your internship agreement signed by the school!

From 16 to … whatever you like! If you’re a minor, we’ll ask you to contact your parents too. Plus, we’ll insist on regular follow-up during your internship abroad.

For countries where a visa is required: Mauritius, South Africa, Senegal… at least 3 months in advance. For all others: feel free! ATTENTION, for requests made 30 days or less in advance, we ask for payment BEFORE starting the search, and in this case we guarantee that the internship will be granted.

Payment for our internship search services is made online by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX): we edit a secure link directly with our bank.

All other means of payment are not accepted by S.A.S. International Horizons.

Interesting question! Many students contact us with this question: in some destinations, it’s culturally difficult to recruit someone without visual support (hello Latin countries).

In fact, except for the U.S.A. – which we don’t do – or the U.K., other countries appreciate a photo on the C.V. “Yes, but it’s discriminatory” Yes, that’s true. But, if you don’t want to waste time with idiots, you might as well put one 🙂
