What could be better than bringing together professionalism and discovery? You know that you can even do your internship abroad in several countries, for example an internship in Croatia, I explain here how 🙂

Internship in Croatia
Croatia joined the European Union in 2013, and thus offers the possibility (at least more easily) to go and do an internship in Croatia! A country that has seen its tourist numbers jump in a few years, thanks in particular to the filming locations seen in the Games of Thrones series! Internship offers are starting to develop but are often linked to professional courses. Some Erasmus + partnerships have been created between France and Croatia, particularly in the fields of biotechnology, human sciences, etc. . If you wish to do an internship in tourism in Croatia, it is largely feasible. If you stay more than 3 months, you will have to apply for a residence permit.

Ferry Internship
We don’t often think about it, but to do an internship abroad, in several countries, an internship on a ferry is a unique possibility! If it’s part of your dreams, ferry companies recruit a lot during the summer months. Whether it’s for a student job or an internship, you can be recruited! However, you have to speak English very well at least, if several other languages are spoken it’s a plus! An experience in tourism, in the hotel business, is also a good idea before embarking on your internship on a ferry! In addition, a lot of jobs are sought after: it’s like a real small town or a shopping centre: waiters, cooks, masseuse, hostess, Spa manager, lifeguard, shop manager, salesperson …; as you can see, the possibilities are counted in tens!

Internship in the hotel business
If you’re looking for an internship in the hotel business, this is the time. In the summer, the big European and international destinations are hiring by turns! Hostesses, waiters, marketing assistants, HR assistants! The fields are varied. To get a paid internship, you have to hold on! The sooner you start looking, the better chance you’ll have of getting one. For the moment, compensation is only compulsory in France for a minimum of 10 weeks. International Horizons will adapt to your request, and if compensation is necessary, we will do everything we can to make sure you get one!
