After the four weeks of mobility, we organize the interview with Slovenian students who did an internship in hairdressing in the Lorient area. For the four students, it was a first in France, and they already benefited from practical experience in hairdressing! 1 / What did you learn during your internship?
At the technical level, there is not that much difference between France and Slovenia. So, I did not learn a lot of new things; it was especially an opportunity to improve the technique! Something that surprised me is the break times, and especially for eating. In Slovenia, you eat if you have the time, there are no breaks planned to take the time to do it.
2 / What do you remember from your experience in Lorient?
There are many bars, bakeries …! And people are well dressed!
3 / What did you particularly like?
I will remember especially my tutor: he is super nice! He was very welcoming and it was taking care of us, it was great, I am delighted.
4 / How do you find the organization?
It was more than perfect: everything was ready for us, it was good!
5 / Things to improve?
Have more free time to discover the city: like working one day less, or add a week to just visit!

In the hair salon, it’s basically the same; what really changes is lifestyle.

The houses ! They are very different .. and flat roofs!

In France, people are really kind and generous! And, I learned a lot about fashion.

The guys are really cute! And I even had a rose offered in Rennes!

All the city ! Especially bakeries .. and churches!

Perfect ! Marie and Sebastien are very young, it’s great!

1 / What did you learn during your internship?
I was able to improve my communication skills so I could talk with the team and the clients. I loved taking the bus to work, it really changes environment.

The vibe, people are more relaxed than in Slovenia.

The week-end in Rennes: the street of the bars (street of the thirst!) Is great, there is good music!
